It is important to use to follow the rules, ethics & guidelines governing the Fair Housing Laws.

While promoting online real estate classified ads, we have implemented some measures that will help prevent apartment owners, landlords, and property managers from inadvertently breaking fair housing laws, and opening themselves up to prosecution.

We are doing everything possible to provide access to the Fair Housing Guidelines and to implement those guidelines into our website.

We have added safety measures to help us in blocking ads that do not follow the Fair Housing Guidelines, including blocking ads with Discriminatory words and phrases. We have also included access to helpful information about Fair Housing to all our Ad Posters and Ad Viewers. And giving our viewers the ability to also "flag" inappropriate ads, we hope that this will stop violations from occuring.

As with any business interested in following the guidelines provided by numerous states, sometimes issues may arise. Please note that if any violations are found or you have suggestions on additional ways to stop discriminatory ads, we want to know about it immediately so that we can take the appropriate measures to correct it.

In addition to promoting fair housing for all those looking to Rent, Buy or Sell properties, our hope is that our steps taken to prevent such ads will also help prevent apartment owners, landlords, and property managers from unknowingly violating the fair housing laws, and opening themselves up to prosecution.
